This course will get you thinking about change which can sometimes take us on an emotional journey that involves shock, fear and denial. It’s normal for people to feel this way, we need to acknowledge this and learn how we can manage the transition period successfully at work.

What will you get out of it?

• Understand the forces for change at work

• Define why change is necessary in organisations

• Understand the effects of change on people and teams

• Identify barriers to change and how to overcome them

• Know how to prepare and plan for change

• Describe the importance of effective communication in the process of change

We will supply refreshments, including lunch. If you have special dietary needs, let us know so that appropriate refreshments can be arranged.

Parking is not available at Stanley Bett House, however the bus and train stations are both in walking distance to Stanley Bett House.
