Communicating Well at Work

Communicating Well at Work

This highly interactive course looks at all the elements that go into being an effective communicator from planning what you want to say through to different communication styles to presenting a positive image. You will leave with the confidence and skills to communicate effectively within your workplace.

What will I get out of it?

• What the communication process is and how to become a more effective communicator

• How that the message we seek to communicate is not always what is understood by the other person

• How to present a positive image through body language and tone of voice

• How to positively persuade others

• How to change your communication style to suit the person you are communicating with

What others have said:

“Understanding that we all like to be communicated to in different ways”

“Enjoyed the course and found it useful for my development”

“Quite eye opening I have learnt about different types of communication and will apply it to work”.
