Spring 2023 members' magazine - competitions

We have a number of great giveaways in our spring 2023 members' magazine - here are the terms and conditions:

This promotion is operated by Lincolnshire Co-operative Limited, registered office Stanley Bett House, 15-23 Tentercroft Street, Lincoln LN5 7DB.

T&Cs:

1. To enter any of the competitions, entrants must send an entry marked with the correct answer(s), prize code (if applicable), their name, daytime phone number, address and Lincolnshire Co-op membership number to either magazine@lincolnshire.coop or Magazine, Lincolnshire Co-op, 15-23 Tentercroft Street, Lincoln, LN5 7DB.

2. Entries that do not comply with these promotion rules will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.

3. All the prize draws are free to enter, no purchase is necessary.

4. Winning entries (the number of winning entries is specified below) will be selected at random.

5. All the prize draws are only open to members of Lincolnshire Co-op.

6. Employees of Lincolnshire Co-op that are connected with the administration of this prize draw or who produce the members’ magazine are not eligible to enter.

7. The promoter is not liable for entries that are not received, incomplete, corrupt or delayed for any reason. Proof of submitting an entry is not proof of receipt by the promoter.

8. Only one entry per person will be accepted. Entries submitted on behalf of another person and joint submissions will not be accepted. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted.

9. There are no alternative prizes available. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and does not include any additional costs and expenses.

Notification of the results and receipt of the prize

10. The promoter will notify the winner by email or telephone within three months of the competition's end date.

Publicity and personal information

11. The surname and county of the winner(s) can be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Magazine, Lincolnshire Co-op, 15 to 23 Tentercroft Street, Lincoln, LN5 7DB within six months of the competition closing.

12. If you do not want your surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above, you must notify the promoter a reasonable period of time before the closing date of the promotion.

Opening and closing dates:

All competitions open on Monday 8th May 2023. Dates and entry requirements are as follows:

  • Closing date: 19th June 2023. Prize must be claimed by 2nd October 2023.
  • Entrants must tell us 'Who you'd like to share a bouquet with and why?'
  • Submitted with their full name, daytime phone number, address and Lincolnshire Co-op membership number.
  • Entries must be emailed to magazine@lincolnshire.coop or posted to Magazine Competitions, c/o Membership, 15-23 Tentercroft Street, Lincoln, LN5 7DB

  • Closing date: Monday 31st July 2023
  • Entrants must identify the correct 'missing item' from the prize word search.

Data Protection:

We will hold your details securely and confidentially in accordance with data protection laws. The Promoter will only use them only for the purposes for which you have supplied the details. We will delete them when no longer required. We will not pass your details to third parties except with your consent, in your legitimate interests or as required by law.

You can ask us for a copy of your details at any time. Please let us know if your details change or if you no longer want us to hold your details.
