I have been employed by Lincolnshire Co-op for 30 years.
My position within the Society enables me to travel to all of the Society's trading areas, where I have acquired a sound understanding of the services we offer to our members.
Many employees, members and pensioners will also have met me through my involvement with the Employees' Association and my participation in member meetings and events.
During my time as a Director we have embraced many changes and have seen our Society grow from strength to strength. I would like to think that my contribution as a Director albeit in a small way, is helping towards our continued success.
