We understand that booking a cruise holiday can be daunting with so many cruise ships, styles and deals around - especially if you have never cruised before. That is why our staff are specially trained to answer your questions and make your booking from start to finish, worry free.
All of our specialists have completed extensive training with the Association of Cruise Experts (ACE) and have achieved the Ace Ambassador status joining an elite group in the UK.
All our specialists have either cruised themselves or experienced cruise ships first hand through ship visits, so have fabulous insights about holidaying at sea - ask them to share their experiences! They can answer your questions on tipping, dress code, cabin types, shore excursions, dining options and much more.
A personal appointment service by arrangement is available for your convenience with all of our Ambassadors.
