When called upon to arrange a funeral, we take complete responsibility for all of the details possible, so that relatives have no more to worry about at this difficult time than is absolutely necessary.

Our services and modern premises have been carefully planned and equipped and our staff offer an attentive, caring and discreet service at all times.   • Acknowledgements
    It is sometimes the wish of bereaved families to place acknowledgments in the local press in which they publicly thank those persons and organisations who have assisted them at the time of their loss.

  • Care of the deceased
    Our funeral homes and our staff follow an established code of practice and our constant aim is to uphold the very highest standards of care and service.

  • Complaints
    In the unlikely event that you should wish to make a complaint Lincolnshire Co-op Funeral Services operates an internal complaints procedure.

  • Costs
    A full scale of charges is provided from the very simplest to the most sophisticated of funerals. Because funeral arrangements are entirely a matter of personal need and preference, the only sure way of obtaining specific information is by discussion with the funeral director.

  • HM Coroner
    If the death has been reported to the Coroner (usually in the case of a sudden death) the procedure is somewhat different.

  • Insurance policies
    Immediate notification of death should be sent to the insurance company concerned with a request that they should confirm the policy is in force. The insurance company will require a copy of the death certificate.

  • Memorials
    Lincolnshire Co-op Funeral Services can supply a wide range of memorial headstones.

  • Registration
    Advice on registering a death.

  • Requiring attention
    After the loss of a loved one many things will now require attention and although we cannot possibly mention them all, perhaps this list will go some way to help and guide you.
