All Lincolnshire Co-operative funeral homes and staff provide a complete, sensitive and sympathetic service to bereaved relatives when a death occurs. When called upon to arrange a funeral, we take complete responsibility for all of the details possible, so that relatives have no more to worry about at this difficult time than is absolutely necessary.
Ou services and modern premises have been carefully planned and equipped and our staff offer an attentive, caring and discreet service at all times. If you have any problems which require our immediate and very personal attention, or if you require help in any way, please don't hesitate to write or to telephone us.
It is sometimes the wish of bereaved families to place acknowledgments in the local press in which they publicly thank those persons and organisations who have assisted them at the time of their loss.
- Care of the deceased
Our funeral homes and our staff follow an established code of practice and our constant aim is to uphold the very highest standards of care and service.
In the unlikely event that you should wish to make a complaint Lincolnshire Co-operative Funeral Services operates an internal complaints procedure.
A full scale of charges is provided from the very simplest to the most sophisticated of funerals. Because funeral arrangements are entirely a matter of personal need and preference, the only sure way of obtaining specific information is by discussion with the funeral director.
- Funeral Benefit
We believe it's important for us to help our members during this difficult time, so we operate a member funeral dividend. Members will receive a five fold dividend (equal to 5%).
- HM Coroner
If the death has been reported to the Coroner (usually in the case of a sudden death) the procedure is somewhat different.
- Insurance policies
Immediate notification of death should be sent to the Insurance Company concerned with a request that they should confirm the policy is in force. The Insurance Company will require a copy of the Death Certificate.
Lincolnshire Co-operative funeral services can supply a wide range of memorial headstones.
