Community card

We have developed the Community Dividend Card for groups who want to help themselves.

All you need to do is register your group and then encourage your supporters to have one of the groups’ personalised Community Dividend Cards.

At the end of each year the accumulated points are recorded and for every £1 you have collected for your group we will double it.

Either download an application form or contact Membership & Community using the details at the bottom of the page to have one posted.

This form can be completed online. However it must be printed off and signed before being returned, as a valid signature is required.

Print Instructions:
