You can’t get much more local than Lincolnshire
Co-operative. We’re owned by our members in Lincolnshire and Newark, we employ more than 2,500 local people and our head office is in Lincoln.
Shoppers can sustain local producers and cut food miles by buying products sourced from the area. We’re helping our customers make that choice.
Our foodstores offer variety through the Local Choice range, sourced from quality producers we’re lucky to have in our trading area. Meat with the ‘Hungry Stockman’ logo is guaranteed to come from a county farmer as part of the Lincolnshire Quality Beef, Lamb and Pork scheme and our shelves also display goods from master bakers Gadsby’s, based in Southwell.
It’s not just in foodstores we believe we make a difference. We also support other businesses by using local suppliers and contractors whenever possible in other areas of trading.
