Job Description:
Lincolnshire Co-operative Ltd is a leading retailer with an annual turnover in excess of £200 million. We have opportunities for Trainee Store Managers throughout our trading area of Lincolnshire and the Newark area. Are you looking for a new opportunity with good career prospects, and development in a successful and growing business?
Salary: up to £18,000 per annum starting figure
Candidate Requirements:
You will have previous experience in food retail and have excellent customer service skills, be self motivated, have good communication skills and have GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in Maths and English. As a Trainee Store Manager your responsibilities will include recruitment, training, team development, stock management and stock control, while assisting the store manager with running the daily store operations.
